Ingredients

  • 2 c. wild rice (uncooked)
  • 6 c. water
  • 6 bouillon cubes
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix together first 3 ingredients and bake in covered casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

    Melt 1 stick of butter and saute shrimp, onions and mushrooms.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Combine cooked rice and sauteed mixture; blend well and serve.
