- 1/4 c. each: finely chopped onion and celery
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. butter-flavored salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- dash of white pepper
- 4 c. skim milk
- 14 oz. cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Combine first 2 ingredients with 1/4 cup water in saucepan. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

2Add remaining ingredients except shrimp; mix well.

3Simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Fold in shrimp.

4Heat to serving temperature.

5Yield: 6 servings.
