- shrimp
- 1 bread Alentejo, or whole wheat bread, if possible, 2 days old
- olive oil
- garlic to taste
- 1 egg yolk
- coriander
Directions

1Boil the shrimp.

2Moisten the sliced bread in the water used to boil the shrimp.

3In a sauce pan, heat a little bit of oil, and lightly fry the finely chopped garlic and shrimp.

4Drain the bread very well, and add to saucepan.

5Add chopped coriander.

6Remove saucepan from heat, and immediately add the egg yolk, stir quickly, and serve immediately.
