- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 c. herb stuffing
- 1 c. cooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute celery, onion, bell pepper and shrimp in butter. Add cream of shrimp soup and rice.

2Mix and pour in buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with herb
