- 1 lb. extra large shrimp
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2/3 clove minced garlic
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Clean and devein shrimp.

2Place the shrimp in a large bowl and combine with the vegetable oil, olive oil, minced garlic, pepper and bread crumbs.

3Mix until the shrimp are well coated. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.

4Grill the shrimp until they are golden (about 2 minutes on each side).

5Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp after they are taken off the grill. Serve immediately.
