- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 3 tsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. cornstarch (add water)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- dash of red pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 lb. shrimp
Directions

1Cook onions in hot oil until tender.

2Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and all seasonings.

3Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes.

4Add shrimp.

5Simmer again for 15 minutes.

6Remove from heat.

7Serve over rice.

8You may cover while simmering last 15 minutes.
