- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. diced onions
- 2 c. diced bell peppers
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can drained peeled tomatoes
- 1 lb. medium whole shrimp
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can water
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1First, cook rice according to package directions.

2Pour oil in large skillet, then put onions, bell peppers and celery into skillet.

3Saute over medium heat until soft.

4Add flour; stir into vegetables.

5Add tomato sauce and water to vegetable mixture. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes.

6Stir occasionally.

7Serve Creole mixture over rice for a tasty meal!
