- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- hot sauce to taste
Directions

1Fry the bacon; remove from pan.

2Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar and hot sauce to the grease. Cook for 1 hour, then add the shrimp.

3Cook for 15 minutes.

4Serve over cooked rice.
