- 2 lb. boiled shrimp
- 5 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 6 to 8 green onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 1 Tbsp. Lea and Perrins sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown flour in oil until medium brown.

2Add onions, pepper, green onions and garlic to the flour.

3Let fry until onions are transparent.

4Add tomato sauce.

5Rinse can with water and add to mixture.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Add Lea and Perrins and Tabasco sauce.

8Simmer for 30 minutes.

9Add shrimp and simmer for 20 minutes more.
