Ingredients

  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) tin tiny shrimp pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 to 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 medium onion, diced fine
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • assorted fresh vegetables (broccoli, green pepper strips, carrot sticks, cauliflower and scallions)
