- 3 sticks margarine, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 8 to 10 bread slices, food processed to crumbs
- 3 oz. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 oz. sherry
- pinch of tarragon
- 4 to 5 garlic cloves or Polnar large, chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 to 5 lb. shrimp
Directions

1Blend all ingredients, except shrimp, together.

2Peel and clean the shrimp.

3Place shrimp on bottom of pan.

4Spread butter mixture over shrimp so all shrimp are covered.

5Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until shrimp are white all the way through.
