  • 3 sticks margarine, softened
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 8 to 10 bread slices, food processed to crumbs
  • 3 oz. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 oz. sherry
  • pinch of tarragon
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves or Polnar large, chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 3 to 5 lb. shrimp

Directions

    Blend all ingredients, except shrimp, together.

    Peel and clean the shrimp.

    Place shrimp on bottom of pan.

    Spread butter mixture over shrimp so all shrimp are covered.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until shrimp are white all the way through.
