  • 1 can minced clams, drained (save juice)
  • 2 cans tiny shrimp, drained
  • 3 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped real fine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped real fine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine in clam juice.

    Add clams and shrimp.

    Allow the gelatine to set firm.

    Add the following to the gelatine after firm:

    cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, celery and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
