  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • salt and pepper

    Coarsely chop peppers, onions, celery and garlic.
