Shrimp Flatbread Pizza

  • 2 (10x7-inch) Naan flatbreads*
  • 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • 6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) small cooked salad shrimp**
  • 1 medium (3/4 cup) tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, well-drained, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Provolone, quartered
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, if desired

Directions

    Heat oven to 425F.

    Place flatbreads onto ungreased baking sheets.

    Brush with melted butter.

    Combine all other ingredients except cheese and basil in bowl until well mixed.

    (Drain, if necessary.)

    Spoon half of shrimp mixture onto each flatbread; top with feta and provolone cheese.

    Bake 14-16 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
