- 2 boil-in-bag packets rice
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 c. green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Cook rice as normal.

2Saute onions and cook shrimp in oil for about 5 minutes, or until shrimp is pink.

3Add eggs; stir constantly until mixed.

4Add soy sauce, rice and mushrooms. Slowly add water; simmer.
