- 1 12 cups brown rice, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 6 cups chard leaves (or other vegetable)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons stir-fry sauce
- 1 lb shrimp, precooked
Directions

1Cook brown rice in rice cooker with water and soy sauce.

2Scramble eggs and set aside.

3Stir fry chard or vegetables in oils.

4Add cooked rice and stir fry sauce and saute for 3 minutes.

5Add shrimp and cook just until warm.

6Toss in scrambled eggs and serve.
