- 8 ounces linguine
- 12 cup butter
- 12 large shrimp
- 14 lb mushroom, fresh and diced
- 6 tablespoons romano cheese
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Cook linguine, drain, and set aside.

2Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet.

3Add garlic, shrimp, and mushrooms and cook slowly in hot butter for 5 minutes.

4Add linguine to skillet.

5Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.

6Toss linguine until very hot but do not let butter brown;

7Sprinkle with more cheese and garnish with parsley.
