- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. chopped red pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 seeded and finely chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 lb. medium raw shrimp
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- cooked rice
- parsley
Directions

1Combine the first 3 ingredients until smooth.

2Place remaining ingredients in a large frypan or wok.

3Toss together for 5 to 8 minutes; add soup mix.

4Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until heated through.
