- 2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. chicken broth or more
- 3/4 c. white Sauterne wine or more
- 1 lb. macaroni shells
- 2 c. canned, peeled tomatoes, crushed (juice also)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick salted butter, melted
