  • 2 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 c. chicken broth or more
  • 3/4 c. white Sauterne wine or more
  • 1 lb. macaroni shells
  • 2 c. canned, peeled tomatoes, crushed (juice also)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick salted butter, melted
