  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 envelopes gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion and celery, combined
  • 1 lb. cooked, cut up shrimp or 2 (12 oz.) cans shrimp

Directions

    Bring undiluted soup to a boil.

    Add cream cheese; heat until melted.

    Dissolve gelatin in water; add to mixture.

    Cool.

    Add the mayonnaise, onion, celery and shrimp to the first mixture. Spray mold with Pam.

    Put mixture in mold; refrigerate overnight.
