- 1 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 cans deveined shrimp (about 5 oz. size), save the juice
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 small grated onion
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- Tabasco, salt, pepper to taste
Directions

1Add gelatin to water and dissolve.

2Puree shrimp in blender. Barely heat juice from shrimp; stir with gelatin and add lemon juice.

3Mix all ingredients together and add to shrimp in blender.
