- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. sliced spicy sausage
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. diced green onion
- 1/4 c. minced garlic
- 2 lb. shrimp
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Saute all ingredients (except shrimp and wine) until vegetables are slightly tender.

3Add shrimp and saute until pink (done but still tender).

4Add wine.

5Cover and cook 60 seconds longer.

6Serve with rice.
