- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Rub crockery bowl with crushed garlic.

2Let stand in covered bowl.

3Grind very fine the shrimp and eggs.

4Remove garlic from bowl.

5Put ground shrimp and eggs in same bowl.

6Mix well with mayonnaise.

7Cover tightly and refrigerate.

8May be made 2 to 3 days ahead.
