- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 lb. large raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Melt butter in casserole.

3Add garlic and half the parsley.

4Mix well.

5Arrange shrimp in single layer. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

6Turn shrimp.

7Sprinkle with lemon peel, lemon juice and parsley.

8Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

9Serve with lemon wedges.
