- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 md. onions, minced
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 can (4 oz.) button mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chives, chopped for garnish
- Hot cooked rice
Directions

1Saute the onions in the butter until brown.

2Add the shrimp and cook until just pink.

3Stir in the flour and stir well.

4Add the salt, garlic, pepper flakes, mushrooms and the mushroom soup; simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

5Stir in the sour cream before serving.

6Serve over the cooked rice and garnish with the chives.
