- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1 c. unbleached white flour
- 1/4 c. brewers yeast
- 1/3 c. soy flour
- 2/3 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Add water.

3Make small round portions.

4Roll small balls out like pancakes.

5Fry pancakes on griddle pan (no oil) for 3 minutes and turn.

6Place in broiler at 350°.

7They are done when they pop up like a pita (5 to 10 minutes).

8Fill with tuna and cheese or spread with butter and honey.
