Ingredients
- 9 oz plain flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 6 tsp of sugar
- 1 envelope instant yeast (11g)
- 2 eggs
- 7 tsp of milk or water
- 2 oz of butter
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, sugar and instant yeast

2Add one egg at a time and milk.

3Gradually add butter.

4Knead dough for 15min, cover and let it rest for one hour.

5Punch out the air and shape it according to mould.

6Cover with tea towel and let it rise until it double in size.

7Brush top of the loaf with egg and water mixture.
-
8Bake in 180C oven for 30min.
