- 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 pounds Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
Directions

1Combine all of the spices together in a small bowl.

2Pat meat dry with paper towels, then rub the spice mix all over.

3Keep leftover spice mix aside for later.

4Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5Sear pork on all sides for about 1-2 minutes per side.

6Transfer pork to slow cooker and sprinkle remaining spice mix over the top.

7Cook on low for 6-10 hours.

8After pork has cooked, remove from slow cooker and cut into small pieces or shred with 2 forks.

9Pork should be falling apart and impossible to resist.
