- 3 cups Brown Or White Rice
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Carrot, Shredded
- 2 whole Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 whole Green Onion, Diced
Directions

1Cook your rice according to the package instructions. Set aside. Using leftover rice is always a plus because it seems to work better for fried rice.

2In a skillet, heat up your sesame oil on medium heat. Add in your garlic, onion, and shredded carrot. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Crack in 2 eggs and immediately stir to scramble them. Add in your cooked rice, soy sauce, and green onion. Mix to combine and heat through.
