- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Sun-dried Tomatoes, Minced
- 6 ounces, weight Goat Cheese, Soft
- 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 18 teaspoons Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
Directions

1Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in small skillet.

2Add 1 minced large garlic clove and cook over moderate heat until golden.

3Add 1/4 cup of minced sun-dried tomatoes.
