  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 cups Sun-dried Tomatoes, Minced
  • 6 ounces, weight Goat Cheese, Soft
  • 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 18 teaspoons Black Pepper, Freshly Ground

Directions

    Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in small skillet.

    Add 1 minced large garlic clove and cook over moderate heat until golden.

    Add 1/4 cup of minced sun-dried tomatoes.

    Remove skillet from heat.

    soft goat cheese, 3 oz.
