- 4 cups Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 whole Jalapeno
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Directions

1Slightly chop tomatoes and place them in a food processor.

2Pulse until smooth.

3Remove the stem, seeds and membranes from the jalapeno, or leave seeds and ribs if you like a little extra heat.

4Chop it roughly and place in the food processor and pulse until smooth.

5Add all of the spices and pulse until just mixed.

6Put mixture in a small pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until salsa turns a darker red.

7Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
