  • 4 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil, Plus, Additional For Pan
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 whole Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 pound Round Steak Or Strip Steak
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Directions

    In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oil, garlic, sugar and onion until combined well.

    Cut steak into strips and mix with marinade.

    Let meat marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer if desired.

    Heat a couple of tablespoons of canola oil in a wok or frying pan.

    Cook marinated meat for 58 minutes or until cooked through.

    Add sesame seeds during the last 23 minutes of cooking.

    Let meat sit for 5 minutes or so before cutting.
