- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 50 ml Soy milk
- 50 grams Butter
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180C.

2Add the pancake mix, butter, and soy milk to a plastic bag and rub the ingredients together until they form a ball of dough.

3Stretch the dough out until it is about 3 cm thick and cut the scones out with cutters.

4Then place the scones on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them for 20 minutes.

5If you wish to glaze the scones, brush some beaten egg over the surface.
