  • 1/2 c. rice, soaked but uncooked
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1 lb. hamburger, previously browned and seasoned
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 pt. tomatoes or 2 c.
  • 2 small diced onions
  • 1/2 c. hot water

Directions

    Grease casserole and place layers in order named.

    Salt each layer as desired.

    Bake slowly in 350° oven about 1 hour.
