Ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar.

3Heat milk to scald.

4Add margarine; cool to warm.

5Mix dry ingredients.

6Add milk and yeast mixtures.

7Mix; knead until soft dough is formed.

8Place in greased bowl; grease top of dough.

9Cover; place bowl in pan of warm water.

10Let rise 15 minutes.

11Turn dough out on floured board; divide in half.

12Shape into rolls.

13Place on greased pans. Cover; let rise in warm place for 15 minutes.

14Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes, until done.

15Makes 2 dozen dinner rolls.
