- 3 medium chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cut chicken into strips, 1 1/4-inches wide and 1/4-inch thick. Thread strips loosely into 6 to 8 skewers.

2Place skewers in 2 layers in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Combine remaining ingredients.

4Pour over chicken.

5Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours; drain.

6Grill over hot coals 3 to 4 minutes per side.

7Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
