- 1 medium green cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 to 3 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 3 green onions, sliced
Directions

1Remove outside leaves.

2Wash cabbage.

3Cut into wedges, coarsely shred cabbage with knife and throw away core.

4Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.

5Add cabbage, garlic, red pepper and sugar.

6Stir continuously for 2 minutes; add onion. Stir until vegetables are very tender.
