  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup country crock spread
  • 3/4 cup skippy creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup raisins optional

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine oats, flour and baking soda; set aside.

    Beat Spread and Skippy(R) Creamy Peanut Butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, until smooth. Beat in sugar, then egg, vanilla and applesauce until blended. Beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in raisins.

    Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Dough will be soft.

    Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Remove cookies to wire rack and cool completely.
