- 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 large very ripe bananas
- 13 cup applesauce
- 14 cup honey
- 12 cup milk or 12 cup soymilk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F

2In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, & baking powder.

3In a blender, puree the bananas.

4Add the applesauce, honey & milk.

5Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened.

6Line the muffins tins with paper muffin cups.

7Pour in the batter.

8Bake for 30 minutes or until tops are lightly brown and slightly springy.

9Note: Make sure you use WHOLE WHEAT PASTRY FLOUR, or you'll produce golf balls, not muffins.
