- 19 oz. pkg. 94% fat-free yellow cake mix
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 c. skim milk
- 2 c. strawberries or available fresh fruit
Directions

1Prepare cake mix according to package directions using a loaf pan.

2Cool and slice into 12 slices.

3Cut each slice into 6 small cubes.

4Meanwhile, combine pudding with milk according to package directions.

5In a 2-quart glass bowl, layer cake cubes.

6Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons sherry, 1 cup fruit and 1 cup pudding. Repeat.

7Garnish top with fresh berries.

8Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
