Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Pork

  • 3 pounds Pork Roast
  • 1 package (1.6 Oz. Package) Sauer's BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Packet
  • 1/2 cups Ketchup
  • 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Directions

    Place pork in a slow cooker.

    In a medium-sized bowl, mix seasoning packet, ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar.

    Stir and pour over pork.

    Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

    Halfway through cooking, turn pork over.

    When finished cooking, shred pork with two forks and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker.
