  • 3/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
  • 1/3 c. very hot water
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)

    Move oven rack to lowest position.

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet.

    Cook and stir sausage, potatoes, onion and green pepper until sausage is fully cooked. Drain.
