- 3 to 4 lb. frozen, boneless, chuck or bottom round roast
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Wash the roast and place it in a slow cooker.

2Cover with onion soup mix and stewed tomatoes.

3Cook on high for one hour, then turn to low setting and cook for six hours or until tender. Thicken the gravy with flour or cornstarch, if preferred.
