  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. flavored gelatin (can select desired flavor or color)
  • 6 c. boiling water
  • 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
  • 4 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled

Directions

    In a 6 quart container, combine sugar and gelatin powder.

    Add boiling water.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Add pineapple juice; mix. Pour into plastic containers and freeze at least 24 hours.
