  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (optional)
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams
  • 1 c. frozen Southern-style hash browns
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Saute onion in butter until soft.

    Stir in milk, mixing until heated through and slightly thickened.
