- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (optional)
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams
- 1 c. frozen Southern-style hash browns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until soft.

4Stir in milk, mixing until heated through and slightly thickened.

5Add clams, potatoes and seasonings.
