Smoked Bone Soup

  • 1 lb. smoked pork bones, smoked turkey bones or smoked beef bones
  • 2 qt. water
  • 2 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery rib
  • parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning
  • 1 c. raw rice

Directions

    Boil first 8 ingredients for one hour.

    Remove bones from soup.
  3. 3
    Remove meat from bones and put back into soup.
  4. 4
    Add rice to soup and cook for 20 minutes.
