  • 2 c. Morton Tender Quick salt
  • 1 c. Morton canning salt
  • 1 turkey

Directions

    Pour Morton Tender Quick salt and Morton canning salt in a 5 gallon bucket with a lid.

    Add your turkey, then fill with water above turkey.

    Soak for 24 hours.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°, then turn down to 250° for 2 hours.
