Smothered Potatoes(Microwave)

- 4 lb. white Russet potatoes, peeled and washed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a deep casserole dish, slice potatoes (thinly) and spread in a layer in bottom of dish.

2Add salt and pepper; sprinkle with onion and put about 3 teaspoons of margarine.

3Repeat in layers until all potatoes have been sliced and seasoned; cover. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.

4Stir and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.

5Cook until potatoes are tender.
