- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 to 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
- cooked rice
Directions

1Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock-pot.

2Stir well to coat steak.

3Add all remaining ingredients, except rice. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 8 hours (can do on high for 5 hours).

4Serve over hot rice.
