- 1 to 2 c. carrot juice (6 to 10 carrots)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. ginger juice or 2 inches chopped ginger
- 2 fillets light whitefish
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Spray nonstick pan with Pam on medium-high heat.

2Lightly brown fish on both sides (approximately 1 minute each side).

3Add carrot juice and ginger juice; let fish poach for 5 to 10 minutes.

4Season to taste with salt and pepper.
